The SanJac River Ranch is the home of the herd sires, MC John
Wayne 16P3, MC Cool Hand 10P10, and MC Sonny Side 165M. Through our
ongoing commitment to superior genetics and cooperation with industry leaders,
we have some of the best bloodlines available. (Semen for the above
referenced sires is available through Tracy Hobert) Our MissionTo build one of the best small Brangus herds in the industry through excellent genetics and responsible management.
Company ProfileEstablished in August of 1994, the cow herd has grown by leaps and bounds. Thanks to the support of our good friends at Mound Creek Ranches and the dedication of the owners, Bill and Mary Helms, the SanJac is able to offer some of the best Brangus genetics in the breed. SanJac River Ranch has been a member of the IBBA since 1996. The SanJac has been committed to the Brangus Breed and the Mound Creek program from its inception. The relationship between Eddie Blazek and Bill Helms was forged well before the SanJac was realized, and continues to flourish. With Herd Advisor, Tracy Holbert, we have been successful pairing the superior sires of the Brangus breed with the SanJac mama cows.
